Biggest Mover Challenge

  • Sign up now on MyWellness App Challenge
  • Record your workouts, classes & link your devices to see who is the biggest mover at Banks O’ Dee Fitness.
  • If you need help to sign up just ask one of the team at reception to get started.
  • You can link your Fitbit, Garmin, Strava, Polar and Apple watch to gather moves.

Biggest Loser Challenge

  • Get weighed in on our body stat scales.
  • Commit to workout at least 4 times weekly through classes and gym workouts.
  • Follow a healthy eating plan. Weigh in at the end Feb.
  • Weigh in at the end Feb.
