Having achieved my Sports Science (Honours) Degree iI have gained knowledge and experience through hard work, progressing to Fitness Instructor and then Assistant Manager. Over the years I have noticed a lot of changes within the industry and one thing that has stuck out for me is the growing importance of nutrition. Nutrition plays a vital role in achieving people’s goals, whether they are fat loss, muscle gain or sports specific. With the right fuel, your body responds far better to training and you feel better on the inside and out.
