Mental health has been a big topic recently covering our social media. With this being such as personal subject to many, by no means is any of this going to be a cure, but it can help alleviate any feelings of stress ect. The way we look after ourselves is very important, so in this you will find ways in which you can help yourself. This could help from the feelings of depression, to stress, anxiety and any other feelings you may experience.

Exercise is not always about aerobic capacity and muscle gain, or how fast we can run a 5k or how heavy we can squat. Of course it will help improve your physical health but it also helps your phycological health. When we exercise our body releases chemicals called endorphins. These are known as serotonin and dopamine, and these are our ‘happy/feel good hormones’. This can help improve your mood, energy levels, sleep, make you feel more relaxed and improve self confidence.
